Our Instructors complete a comprehensive training process that involves learning over 300 different moves, how to sequence a routine for safety and efficiency and how to give you the best and most affective 50 minute muscle-quivering workout. As part of their training, instructors teach weeks of mock classes to ensure they are ready to bring you the best workout in town.

Our founder, Kate, trained for a year in New York City under several master trainers, and now brings that expertise to GPBB. Not only will our instructors push you mentally and physically, they will always have your safety and goals in mind.

Mara Jurkovic
Instructor
Mara loves the BodyBurn community and the low impact, high intensity nature of lagree. Mara found lagree to be perfect after so many years of playing high impact sports like soccer and running, it has been the best change of pace! She loves that lagree is a rewarding yet humbling challenge and will push her clients to achieve more than they thought possible.

Andrea Roels
Instructor
Andrea holds a minor in Exercise Science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She’s also certified in Stretch & Mobility, Pilates Reformer, and Suspension Training. With 12 years of barre teaching experience and two years at Body Burn, Andrea is known for her love of alignment and hands-on adjustments. She’s passionate about helping clients move with intention and strength.
A former French major who lived in France for a year, Andrea is a proud dog mom and mom of two little girls. She loves traveling, going to concerts, and enjoying all kinds of food.

Liberty Solek
Instructor
Liberty discovered lagree in 2021, training directly with founder Sebastian Lagree. Now certified in both level 1 and 2, she has a deep pasion for Lagree that she hopes to share with you. She focuses on curating a new fresh routine and playlist for every class, leaving you shaking and motivated every time you leave!
