Instructors
Our Instructors complete a comprehensive training process that involves learning over 300 different moves, how to sequence a routine for safety and efficiency and how to give you the best and most affective 50 minute muscle-quivering workout. As part of their training, instructors teach weeks of mock classes to ensure they are ready to bring you the best workout in town. Not only will our instructors push you mentally and physically, they will always have your safety and goals in mind.

Rachaell Rodermich
An Aesthetician by day, Rachaell found Body Burn when one of her clients recommended she try it. She was instantly hooked and began to see results immediately, and wanted to inspire others to push and change themselves as well. Don’t let her kind and soothing voice fool you, her high attention to detail and bootcamp style will have you feeling the shakes as well. New to Body Burn? Rachaell also offers a once per week essentials class that breaks down the moves, the machine and the workout.

Jen Cracchiolo
Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer. She has been teaching group fitness for fifteen years; everything from yoga to step and cycling. Additionally, eight years of working at a Step Down ICU has given her a a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She is passionate about providing a safe and super effective workout!

Ali DeLoof
A long time competitive swimmer and coach, Ali found Body Burn when she relocated back to her hometown this year. She immediately fell in love with the shakes and how the workout pushed her both body and mind. Ali brings a high attention to detail, high energy and command from her years of coaching and a big smile. Look for Ali on the schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, probably joined by at least one of her 3 athlete sisters.

I was a longtime client of Body Burn before becoming an instructor. I fell in love with the workout & results. In my free time, I love to spend time with friends/family & my two dogs!

Alice Swanson
Alice graduated from The University of Florida and moved to Detroit to work as an engineer for Jeep. A long time client turned trainer, she thinks GPBB never gets easier you just get stronger and we couldn’t agree more! Alice is so excited to push you to your beyond your mental and physical limits, and she loves to see those shakes!

Lisa Cameron
A longtime lagree client, Lisa is super excited to bring her flair to the instructor side. Lisa believes that the best part about Body Burn is the full body and core engaged approach to each workout. The endless variations keep her clients engaged whether you’re new tor advanced! Her class provides high energy and fast paced teaching style to help her clients realize that they can do anything you put your mind to! She promises you will feel progressively stronger after each workout…you’re stronger than you think!

Mara Jurkovic
Mara loves the BodyBurn community and the low impact, high intensity nature of lagree. Mara found lagree to be perfect after so many years of playing high impact sports like soccer and running, it has been the best change of pace! She loves that lagree is a rewarding yet humbling challenge and will push her clients to achieve more than they thought possible.

Liberty Solek
Liberty Discovered Lagree in 2021, training directly with founder Sebastian Lagree.Now certified in both level 1 and 2, she has a deep passion for Lagree that she hopes to share with you. She focuses on curating a new, fresh routine and playlist for every class, leaving you shaking and motivated every time you leave!

Andrea Roels
Minor in exercise science, NASM certified personal trainer, Certified in stretch and mobility, Pilates reformer , Suspension trainer. Have been teaching barre for 12 years and I've been with Body Burn for two years. Alignment and hands on adjustments are my fave! Fun fact have a major in French and lived in France for a year, I'm a dog mom and mom of two little girls. I love to travel, go to concerts, and enjoy all foods!

Elianna Edwards
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a background in coaching track & field and sports performance. I fell in love with Lagree for its low-impact, high-intensity challenge. After years of lifting and playing sports, Lagree became the perfect change of pace—humbling, effective, and addicting. It pushes limits in a way that makes every class feel like an accomplishment. I’m all about the music and creating an energetic vibe in class, while helping clients dial in on their form to get the most out of every move.

Brianna Cronk
Graduated from the university of Toledo in 2022 & played collegiate softball for all 4 years. Fell in love with Lagree & BB in 2024 needing a routine change after being burnt out from strength training. I love Lagree because you get to challenge yourself with just the strength of your own body and is a workout that anybody can do. In my free time I love going to country concerts, getting coffee from new places, and spending time with my husband, two dogs Willow & Sage, and soon to be baby on the way!

Keire Estelle
Keire graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) and has experience working as the Department Manager of Health Education for Wayne County.
Keire is one of our students turned Lagree teachers. Keire first started Lagree to help with lower back pains, but he quickly realized that the more he came to classes, the stronger he felt. When he’s not at Lagree, he’s either spending time with his dog Smalls or traveling.

Lauren Kaminski
A former competitive ski racer, Lauren’s fitness journey began with yoga as a way to cross-train. Her passion for movement led her to become a certified yoga instructor in 2015, and in 2021, she discovered Lagree- combining her love for strength training and endurance.
After falling in love with Lagree, Lauren became a certified instructor in 2025 and is excited to share the transformative benefits of this method with others. Her classes are designed to challenge and empower.
